Delivery & Returns
The cost for shipping per print order is a flat rate of £6 (incl. VAT) globally.
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail signed for services.
We ship to most global countries. If the country is in the drop down menu on the checkout then we can ship to it.

Do you live in London? You can collect your prints from The Print Space, Shoreditch Studio before 7 pm.
After 3 pm please call The Print Space on +44 (0) 207 739 1060, we will always make every effort to produce your order the same day.
Print orders normally take 1-2 working days to produce and dispatch. The UK delivery is 1-5 working days and the international delivery is 5-10 working days.
If a print is damaged, or the order is in some way defective, we will send a replacement print free of charge, and refund the cost of shipping to your card.
We would need you to contact us and send a photograph of the damaged print. Then you would need to forward this to us with your order number,
and we will get it reprinted and posted out again.

If a tracking #number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Sometimes orders will require a signature, so please provide an address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any additional import or custom fees that may be applied when entering your delivery country.
If you have requested a bespoke service then additional time scales / deliveries will apply due to the specifications being a tailored service. This will be confirmed before you place an order.
